June 27 – program was submitted

June 28 – we were notified that the program was undergoing pre-vetting and their internal team was reviewing it

July 7 – pre-vetting was complete & our provider requested a few minor edits to the website

July 8 – provier reached out and requested a few edits on the opt-in msg & help msg

July 9 – provider let us know that their carrier was reviewing the program

July 12 – additional web edits were requested from our provider’s carrier

July 13 – provider’s carrier requested that the HELP keyword be added to the web form

July 28 – provider let us know that their carrier is reviewing the application and will keep us updated on the next steps.
