SUBMISSION TIMELINE

June 27 – the program was submitted to our provider.

June 28 – I was notified that the program was undergoing pre-vetting & internal review by our provider

July 2 – The program was nearly finished with the pre-vetting process.

July 7 – Pre-vetting was complete & we received feedback and few additional website edits on the privacy policy & CTA pages. Those edits were completed the same day.

July 8 – They asked for clarification on the messaging of the program

July 9 – Our provider asked us to edit a few things on the mobile terms & service page. The edits were completed the same day.

July 12 – We were asked to clarify the messaging frequency of the program. We moved forward by labeling the program as “Recurring Msgs”

July 14 – I followed up with the program submission & requested an update

July 15 – We were told that they were waiting on their ops team for an update.

July 20 – Our provider let us know that they were working with their carrier to receive additional feedback on the program.

July 27 – We were notified that our provider’s carrier was still reviewing the application.
