SUBMISSION TIMELINE

June 27 – the program was submitted to our provider.

July 7th – Pre-vetting was completed by our provider & we received feedback on certain web edits that needed to be made. Those edits were completed the same day.

July 12th – We received additional feedback & edits that needed to be made on the terms & privacy policy pages. Those were completed the same day.

July 15th – They had a concern with the frequency of messages which we cleared up and agreed to label it as a Recurring Msgs program.

July 19 – Our provider completed internal review & said they’d notify us as they received more information.

July 28 – They said the program was under review by the carrier audit team and would keep me updated on any progress.

July 30 – I was told that the program was submitted to operators and that they’d provide me with updates along the way.
