6/27 – Program was submitted.
6/28 – Program was undergoing internal review & pre-vetting process.
7/7 – Provider had questions concerning the nature of the program which were cleared up same day. Provider also requested website edits that were completed the same day.
7/8 – Provider noticed opt-in messages were over the 160 character limit. Those messages were revised the same day.
7/9 – Provider requested minor edits regarding the terms & conditions page. The edits were completed the same day.
7/12 – Provider reached out for clarification regarding the messaging frequency of the program. This was resolved the same day.
7/15 – Provider notified us that they were awaiting feedback from their ops team on the program.
7/20 – Ops team provided feedback to our provider and the program was moved into the next phase.
7/27 – Provider notified us that the program was being reviewed by their carrier and that they would provide updates as they received them.
